We are a growing, 150-employee startup (well funded, Series B) that is disrupting the retail space. We are backed by three VERY well known figures and have a SaaS offering that utilizes AI along with cutting edge technologies to truly understand our customer base to cater to them, ensuring repeat long-standing business.
--This will be a hybrid role and require working on-site in either location: Financial District of New York, NY or Boston, MA--
What You Will Be DoingWe are a growing, 150-employee startup (well funded, Series B) that is disrupting the retail space. -Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customers stay informed to the status/solution of their issue
-Work alongside the development teams to drive incident resolution for configuration, code, or other service deficiencies impacting customers
-Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
-Collaborate in tandem with customer success and engineering teams as needed to resolve more complex customer issues

-BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
-Customer facing experience
-Experience with Linux
-Familiarity with Zendesk or similar remote help desk software
