Aston Carter is looking to hire one Customer Service Representative to assist a client of ours in the Schenectady, NY area. These positions would take place IN FACILITY.
These positions are great opportunities with upward career mobility and would look to interview and start right away.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience
- independent, positive, confident, and customer-oriented
- time management skills
- strong communications ability (both written and verbal)
Job Description
- Receiving calls from current and prospective customers and selling and scheduling service appointments.
- Updating customer's information in the company database
- Transferring customers to appropriate personnel (technicians, managers, etc.)
- Other administrative duties as needed
Pay
17-20/hr. (based off of experience) with commission average representatives can make $42,000- $52,000/ year
