Work on chat + email (40%) and inbound calls + email (40%); Spend the remaining time is focused on the backlog, training, and miscellaneous items (20%); Direct customer interactions; Provide insight into product updates based on customer feedback; Grow and improve the help center; Have the opportunity to partner with the training leader to create new materials.
