The Role & Team:

As our Manager of Growth Marketing, you will be part of the Demand Generation function on the Marketing team, responsible for developing and scaling programs to capture demand and drive ongoing subscription growth across key business segments. You will make data-driven decisions to optimize activity to support business growth in meaningful ways.

This role requires analytics-driven program management and hands-on experience executing demand generation programs including 3rd partner sponsorships, social media marketing, search engine marketing, lifecycle email marketing, and account-based sales enablement programs.

The role will report to the VP of Demand Generation.

The Ideal Candidate Is:

  • A strong team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting key stakeholders in various departments including marketing, content, sales, and product marketing.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing multi-channel campaign deliverables and programs across various target verticals and personas.

  • Someone who enjoys testing new things and is passionate about driving and scaling results through high-impact demand generation programs.

  • Results-driven with a proven track record in delivering against marketing goals and the ability to interpret complex marketing data to present meaningful and actionable insights.

  • An excellent communicator in working with key internal stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders and leadership to plan and manage calendared campaign themes, and execute programs and tactics to hit pipeline targets and company revenue objectives.

  • Drive multi-touch marketing campaigns across target segments to acquire net-new leads and subscribers, accelerate/reactivate pipeline, and expand current business across the purchase funnel.

  • Manage day-to-day social media marketing programs and calendars to increase 2-way engagement and awareness to capture and convert market demand.

  • Develop persona-based messaging to map ideal buyer group profiles and verticals with hyper-targeted campaigns and programs.

  • Leverage both paid and organic channels for customer acquisition such as email marketing, SEM/SEO, programmatic ads, sponsorships, paid search, content marketing, social media, and house ads.

  • Develop, test, and optimize messages and campaigns across all channels (Digital, Email, Web, Events, Mail/Media)

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build and scale funnel conversion programs, including multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns, nurture flows, ABM orchestrations, playbooks, and scoring models.

  • Provide ongoing reporting on campaign progress, present data-driven insights, and recommend next steps for scaling the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a revenue-focused role in a demand generation context at a subscription-based company, enterprise B2B, or technology-driven organization.

  • Quantifiable experience driving hands-on high-performing lead generation and ABM target strategies with revenue-aligned outcomes and success.

  • Deep experience in building and scaling lead generation programs and teams within a B2B demand generation function, including developing team members and stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and demand generation tools such as Salesforce and Marketo or similar experience (building reports, analyzing and optimizing data).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $100,000-$125,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
