Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
Customer Service Representative needed to start immediately at reputable Financial Firm.
Schedule: 2PM - 10PM (REMOTE after training)
Location: New York, NY
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Job Description:
- Perform high volume calls with script provided
- Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.
- Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options.
- Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.
- Log information into Access Database
- Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree - Concentrations in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred
- Flexible work schedule - Willing to work overtime and weekends
- Strong and articulate communication skills
- Being able to multitask between inbound and outbound calls
- Self-motivated and proactive Candidate
