The TA Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting and onboarding for open roles
• Conducting orientation to all new employees
• Ensuring all new hires are compliant with all onboarding practices
• Complete all administrative tasks in regards to onboarding and maintaining employee data
• Establish routine around retention of new hire employees
• Additional responsibilities as needed

• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Must work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Strong ability to problem solve
