Description:
This position is responsible for:
-Answering, handling and screening incoming telephone calls
-Greeting and registering patients, filing and preparing charts
- Check-out functions, including review of encounter form data, collection of co-payments, scheduling follow-up appointments
- Completing daily bank deposit
- Day-end reconciliation duties
40% inbound calls
40% Patient Check in / Check out
20% Scanning forms
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Should have at least 6 months of experience working with EPIC in a scheduling or front desk position
At least 1-2 years of front desk experience is strongly preferred
