The Sr Account Executive, National Partner Solutions - Strategic Sales is an industry expert in driving innovative sales strategies through relationships with key business partners nationally. The Sr Account Executive leverages their extensive Government experience to strategically position T-Mobile as a partner of choice with client partners and nurtures ongoing engagements. They lead strategic client account initiatives, manage and grow client relationships and develop strategic growth propositions within Strategic Sales. They work back through our channel and direct teams to lead all elements of programmatic work that drives sell-through programs. In addition to sales, they also manage and maintain operational excellence through commissions, invoicing, and sales reporting.

Position Responsibilities

  • Establishes growth frameworks to drive account management and establish T-Mobile as a strategic partner by developing and maintaining long-term relationships. Oversee strategic sell through of T-Mobile through key business technology partners and their distribution partners. This includes selling through top tier Value Added Resellers (VAR's), System Integrators (SI's), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's), and Managed Service Providers (MSP's).
  • Communicates sell-through programs back through Channel Management team and direct team
  • Achieves growth targets while protecting existing relationships and book of business. Accountability for commission accuracy, sales reporting, and data analytics for client and their partners. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, and team coordination.
  • Stays abreast of client and industry landscape, challenges and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions, and collaborates as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 7- 10 years Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization required.
  • 7 - 10 years Selling into and/or through key industry partner clients
  • required.
  • 4 - 6 years Experience with the direct management of complex solutions, use cases, and development for defense community and government clients required
  • 4 - 6 years Experience engaging and managing senior stakeholders on behalf of government clients required
  • Negotiation, Business Analysis, Strategy and Business Acumen required.


New York Pay Range : $153,510.00 - $207,690.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
