These contract positions will help deliver a "1-stop experience" for our Brokers. This service team provides support to Brokers calling regarding their commissions, licensing, etc. Will be taking calls for our Sales Compensation and Licensing and Credentialing call center. Call inquiries will include a variety of topics such as Commission Payment issues, License issues, commission schedule inquiries, check re-issues, and much more. Role will serve as a Tier 1 team member with ability to move more complex issues to our Tier 2 production teams. Goals for this position include Schedule Adherence, Quality, and After Call Work time. Responsible for performing diverse operational financial and policy activities of a non-routine nature. Interprets and communicates departmental and organizational policies and procedures. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Receives, validates and enters information into Finance systems. * Adheres to maintained internal controls and tracking reports for reconciliations and analysis. * Monitors and updates controls to ensure compliance. * Conducts independent analysis for the purpose of resolving complex and varied work process issues. Requirements: * Requires HS Diploma; 4-5 years relevant work experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. * AA Degree in Accounting preferred. * Call Center experience required * Insurance experience desired * Commissions / Finance experience desired * Ability to function with multiple systems efficiently * Fast learner * Self-accountable (work at home environment) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.
