Aston Carter has partnered with a medical manufacturer in the Rochester area, looking to hire a customer service representative Responsibilities: * Enter orders received via email (with some light order entry via phone call) * Handle order entry into our client s database system to maintain a positive consumer experience. * Support sales and distribution activities by providing superior customer service. * The position will serve as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries pertaining to our client s small to medium sized direct trading partners. * Process daily orders for the business unit, manage incoming customer service phone calls, respond to customer information requests, and resolve standard customer and order issues. * Assist client calls with surgical equipment orders and ensure product is being delivered in a timely manner Qualifications:1-3 years of consistent data entry/customer service experience About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
