Bachelor’s degree required: Preferred
Salary: $90-100K/yr (non-exempt)
Work environment: Hybrid (3 days/week in the office, 2 days/week remote)
Proof of COVID vaccination is required.
Law firm experience preferred.
Position Summary:
Provides technical support for various technologies, including desktop computers, firm-issued laptops, conference room technologies and printers.
Responsibilities:
Provides on-site technical support to the firm’s attorneys and business staff in accordance to the established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Ensures all phases of desktop support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, followed-up and resolved properly.
Executes responsible query closure methods encompassing the assurance of customer satisfaction.
Supports and troubleshoots desktop computer equipment, laptops, wireless technologies, Blackberry and non Blackberry/Active Synch support and associated software, printer issues.
Provides technical support and individual training, asset tracking.
Communicates hardware requirements, make acquisition requests such as PC’s; monitors, printers and peripherals.
Responsible for handling offsite projects, special desktop technologies, basic audio/video recordings, client assignments, conference room initiatives, practice area/support department hardware technologies, summer/fall associate setups, equipment rollout, and office moves.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant field preferred; equivalent work experience required.
Proficient knowledge of computer technology and other related technologies.
Strong combination of professionalism, enthusiasm, outstanding customer service and creative problem solving.
Strong dedication to quality customer service and a working knowledge of enterprise-wide service delivery procedures.
Previous law firm or professional services experience desired.
The duties of the position may require extended and irregular hours to perform the essential duties of the position.
