*ON-SITE Payment Processor* **Must be within commuting distance to Queensbury, NY |** **6-Month Contract with potential of extension/conversion* This role offers administrative professionals the ability to work with a national healthcare organization! Further explore this exciting opportunity below… *Benefits of the Role:* * *Opportunity* – The chance to work for the leading independent healthcare technology company in the U.S! * *Work/life balance* – No weekend work – Hours M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm * *Exposure to Leadership *– Working alongside supervisor, and department manager to meet expected goals * **Core Experience:* * 2+ years of customer service, administrative, data entry experience * Experience with monetary and/or credit card transactions preferred * Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple software programs and sites * Computer proficiency * Comfortability working with sensitive information * Minimum of High School Diploma * *Covid-19 Vaccination Required* *A Day in the Role:* * Handle high-volume calls from patients regarding payments and balances * Taking credit card payments from our patients * Processing “virtual credit card payments” for insurance company single payments * Working on various systems to process payments per patient * Work alongside 30+ physician offices *Work Environment:* * Core hours are 8:00AM-4:30PM     * However, phone line goes to 530PM; coverage may sometimes be needed until 5:30PM  * Position is on-site / Office environment * Small office, 10-12 people at the office. * Work in cubicles, across from other agents About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
